Return Policy

All Custom Embroidery orders are final. Sorry! No refunds or exchanges on embellished goods, however, manufacturer defects in any item supplied will be happily replaced.

In the event of a manufacturer defect please contact Monograms Plus within 14 days of receipt of order for a Returned Goods Authorization Number. We reserve the right to replace ill-fitting or damaged items or issue a credit towards the purchase of an alternate item.

If the item is not lettered and you are not satisfied with the garment, we will refund your money for the item. However, shipping to and from the customer is not refundable unless the item is defective.

Special Return Policy on Stock Blank Wool Jackets:
Please make sure that you are ordering the correct size and color combination for your jacket. These jackets carry a $20.00 restocking fee plus shipping to and from your location. If there is a problem with your jacket contact us at 518-374-5220. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All CUSTOM WOOL JACKET ORDERS are not returnable unless defective, in which case, they will be returned for repair.

Care Instructions for Your Embroidery:
All garments are embroidered with a high quality rayon or polyester thread, depending on the intended use by the customer.

Dry Cleaning:
Exercise care, especially on dark garments. Do not use pre-spotting agents on embroidered area. Cannot dry clean screen printed items.

Machine Washing:
Wash garments using mild detergent, in cold to lukewarm water on delicate cycle. Remove promptly. Never leave embroidered garments soaking or lying in a wet pile. If bleaching is required, use only NON-CHLORINE bleach. Do not wring or twist. If color residue appears in water, rinse first in lukewarm water then cold water several times until rinse water is clear. Hang to dry or dry on low-heat setting.

Use low temperature setting. Cover with towel and iron lightly on reverse side. Steam is not recommended. Do not place iron directly on screen printed items.
